Our subscription is a physical, print-based snail mail service. Subscribers receive an illustrated print sent by post on a regular monthly basis.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of our illustrated snail mail print subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

As this is a creative, artist-led project, small variations are part of the process.

• Prices are listed clearly at checkout and are charged in advance.

• Payments are processed securely via Squarespace, our chosen payment provider.

• Prices may change in the future, but any changes will apply only to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance.

• If a payment fails, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the subscription until payment is resolved.
  

• We currently ship to: UK (additional countries may be added in the future).
  

• Mail is sent via standard Royal Mail postal services unless otherwise stated. Shipping is not tracked.
  

• Dispatch typically occurs within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays of each subscription cycle.

• Delivery times vary depending on location and postal services and are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Prepaid or multi-month subscriptions

• Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once the first mail-out has been sent.

Snail mail is charming, but occasionally imperfect.

• If your mail does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• We only offer a replacement or partial refund if there has been an issue or fault from our side as every order is made per subscription.

Monthly subscriptions

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

• Payments already processed are non-refundable once a cycle has begun.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Missed deliveries due to incorrect address details

• Refunds will not be issued for misunderstandings regarding the nature of the subscription, including expectations of digital delivery or immediate access.

All artwork, designs, and content included in the subscription remain the intellectual property of the Pink Pigeon Club .

• Prints are for personal use only and of course gifting to loved ones

• They may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission

• All designs and products are created and produced solely by us. While we take reasonable care in the design and production process, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time, but this will mean a cancellation of subscribed products.
